No contact page and no published route of any kind. The site's own "ContactUs-bak" link returns HTTP 404, and no email address appears anywhere in the homepage HTML.
The exact submission address or form is on your sheet, not on this page. That is deliberate: a station that publishes an address for artists should not have it republished where it can be harvested.
Rotation's free sheet is U.S. radio: 1363 stations, none of which has a rule about what country you are in. A UK artist can use it as it stands.
