EPK
An EPK, or electronic press kit, is the single place where everything about your release lives: the music, a short and a long bio, photographs, artwork, credits, press coverage and contacts. It is usually a web page or a shared folder, and it is what you send when somebody asks for more.
The difference from a one-sheet is scope. The one-sheet is the single page you attach to a submission, written to be read immediately. The EPK is the archive behind it, written for whoever needs the high-resolution photo, the writing credits or the long bio three weeks later. Both are worth having and they are not the same document.
Keep it boring and functional. A page that loads fast, has a downloadable folder and does not require a login gets used. Anything that asks a station to make an account, or that hides the audio behind an autoplaying video, gets closed.
Only 74 of the 1363 verified stations publish a form that tells you what to include. For the other 1289 an EPK link is often the fastest way to answer whatever they ask for next.
